Sophia Cowell (b. Knoxville, TN) is a Connecticut-based mixed media artist. Sophia allows color relationships and material interactions to guide the construction of her pieces. She has exhibited in venues across New York, Connecticut, and Tennessee, including the solo exhibition Spring Cleaning at the Bed-Stuy Art House in Brooklyn.
